Terms & Conditions for Classes, Workshops, Events and Retreats

Please ensure you have read the following terms and conditions carefully.

By booking onto a class, workshop, event, or retreat with Soul Journey Sophie, you are entering into an agreement with Soul Journey Sophie; and automatically adhere to all of the T&C's stated below.

Classes, Workshops & Events Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel a class or event, you must inform Soul Journey Sophie (thezenroomdorset@gmail.com) and cancel your appointment 48 hours before the class, workshop or event begins. Soul Journey Sophie has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Any no shows or late cancellations will receive no refund. TSoul Journey Sophie is a small business and to be able to provide you with the best service I require your cooperation.

Retreat Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel a retreat (including half day or day retreats), you must inform Soul Journey Sophie (thezenroomdorset@gmail.com) and cancel your appointment a full 2 weeks in advance for a full refund, anything less than 2 weeks will receive no refund.

Any no shows or late cancellations will receive no refund. Customer may resell lawfully acquired tickets at face value or less.

Medical disclaimer:

Any meditation class, event or retreat you attend does not diagnose, cure, prevent or treat disease. The services offered are not intended for medical treatment or a replacement for therapy/counselling. If you have a medical condition or concern please consult your GP/Doctor.

Usage Policy:

You attend a Meditation class, workshop, event or retreat with Soul Journey Sophie at your own risk and in attending you accept the general risk of attending an in person class, workshop, event or retreat in the venue provided to hold the meditation class.

You accept responsibility for any personal equipment or items you may bring with you to a class, workshop, event or retreat.

I (Sophie Faulkner) am not liable for any loss or damage to your personal equipment or items.

If you have any general health conditions or mental health conditions that you feel would affect you during a Meditation Class, event or retreat please consult your Doctor/GP.

Please email thezenroomdorset@gmail.com to discuss any questions or concerns you may have about attending a Meditation class, workshop, event or retreat.

Any mistreatment of the meditation teacher or if there is any behaviour deemed inappropriate, by the meditation teacher, I will remove you from the class or retreat immediately with no refund. I have the right to refuse anyone from attending classes or retreats.

Photographs:

You acknowledge that in classes, retreats and events, Soul Journey Sophie has permission to take photos, videos or content of you throughout, to use and publish in all forms of media, including on social media, websites, illustration, advertisement and more. I am fully aware of what I am agreeing to and am 18 and above.

When entering into an agreement with Soul Journey Sophie; purchasing/attending classes, events or retreats, you automatically adhere to our T&C's and understand Soul Journey Sophie's position. When purchasing for others, you are also accepting the above terms and conditions on their behalf.
